Structural Features
The electric circular saw adopts a climbing shape structure, mainly composed of an electric motor, a gearbox, a protective cover, an adjustment mechanism and a base plate, a handle, a switch, a non reconnectable plug, a circular saw blade, etc. The motor adopts a single-phase series excitation motor, which can be divided into single insulated circular saws (with no additional insulation between the stator and ground, also known as Class I tools) and double insulated circular saws (with additional insulation between the stator, rotor and ground, also known as Class II tools) based on whether there is additional insulation between the stator, rotor and ground. The adjustment mechanism consists of a depth adjustment plate, an angle adjustment plate, a fastening nut, and a base plate. By loosening the fastening nut, the base plate can be adjusted up and down to the desired sawing depth, and then the nut can be tightened. Angle adjustment is achieved by loosening the angled adjusting screw butterfly nut in front of the base plate, adjusting it to the desired angle (0 °~45 °), and then tightening the nut
