Luminaires - Part 2-18: Special requirements - Luminaires for swimming pools and similar places - Scope of application: This part of GB 7000 specifies the safety requirements for fixed luminaires used in water or in contact with water, such as tungsten filament lamps and LED fixtures used in swimming pool sinks, spray pools, paddling pools, and garden pools. Note: The electrical installation specifications for swimming pools can refer to IEC 60364-7-702% Electrical Installation of Buildings, Part 7: Installation Requirements for Specific Places, Chapter 702; Swimming Pool. This section does not include lighting fixtures that do not come into contact with water (such as those installed behind glass panels separated from the fixtures) or portable lighting fixtures. This section should be used in conjunction with the relevant chapters of GB 7000.1. 2. General test requirements: GB 7000.1, para О Chapter provisions. The tests described in the corresponding chapters of GB7000.1 should be carried out in the order listed in this section, and if necessary, refer to the relevant chapters of GB 7000.1. 3. The definitions in Chapter 1 of GB 7000.1 shall be applied. The classification of lamps shall be in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 2 of GB 7000.1 and 4.1-4.3 of this part. 4.1 The lighting fixtures should be Class III with electric shock protection, and the working voltage of their external and internal circuits should not exceed 12 V. 4.2 The classification of lighting fixtures based on dust and water resistance is as follows: 4.2.1 The part of the fixture that comes into contact with water in the pool or groove should be classified as pressurized water tight (IPX8). 4.2.2. The part of the lamp that does not come into contact with the water in the pool or tank should be classified as at least dustproof and splash proof (IP54). 4.3 Luminaires are classified according to installation method, light source replacement, and power connection form as follows: 4.3.1 Class A: Power connection and replacement of light sources are carried out on the side of the lamp that is not in contact with water. 4.3.2 Class B: After partially or completely draining the water in the pool, replace the light source from the side where the lamp comes into contact with the water. 4.3.3 Class C; Remove the entire lamp from the water and replace the light source
