Scope 1.1 Topic Content This standard specifies the testing methods for the main performance parameters of hybrid integrated circuit DC/DC (direct current/direct current) converters. 1.2 Scope of Application This standard is applicable to the parameter testing of hybrid integrated circuit DC/DC converters in various types of military electronic equipment. There are no provisions in this chapter for the reference document. 4- General requirements: In the testing of various parameters, the following general testing conditions should be met. 4.1 Standard atmospheric conditions for testing. Unless otherwise specified, the standard atmospheric conditions for testing are: temperature: 25 Li 3 ℃; Relative humidity; 45% -80%; Air pressure: 86-106kPa. During the testing period, the following precautions should be taken. A. The impact of external interference on testing accuracy should be avoided; B. The testing error caused by the testing equipment should meet the accuracy requirements of the measured parameters; c. The internal resistance of the power supply applied to the device under test (DUT) should be basically zero; d. When connecting or disconnecting the DUT from the testing system, the limit conditions for the use of the DUT should not be exceeded; e. Unless otherwise specified, the DUT should start testing after reaching stable output under rated conditions. The testing equipment and instruments should be preheated according to the usage requirements of the equipment and instruments
