Power Transformers - Part 1: General Provisions - Scope 1: This part of GB 1094 applies to three-phase and single-phase transformers (including autotransformers), but does not include certain small and special transformers, such as: - - single-phase transformers with a rated capacity of less than 1 kVA and three-phase transformers with a rated capacity of 5 kVA; - transformers with a rated voltage of no more than 1000 V for all windings—— Transformer—— Electric locomotive traction transformer—— Starting transformer—— Test transformer; - Welding transformer; -... - Explosion proof mining transformer; - Transformers for deep water (immersion) use. When there are no corresponding standards for certain types of transformers (especially industrial special transformers with all winding voltages not exceeding 1000 V), this section can be applied in whole or in part. This section does not cover the requirements for installing transformers in public places. For transformers and reactors with relevant standards, this section only applies to the scope of content explicitly mentioned in their product standards that can be mutually referenced. These products (standards) include: - Electric capacitors (GB/T 1094.6); --- Dry type transformer (GB 1094.11)—— Self protective transformers (IEC 60076-13); -- Inflatable power transformers (IEC 60076-15)—— Transformers for wind power generation (GB 1094.16); - Traction Transformers and Reactors (GB/T 25120); -- Industrial converter transformers (GB/T 18494.1); --- HVDC converter transformers (GB/T 18494.2). There are several provisions or suggestions in this section that involve agreements that need to be reached for certain alternative solutions, additional technical solutions, or procedures. This type of agreement needs to be reached between the manufacturer and the user. The issue should be raised early and the protocol should be included in the technical specifications
