Lighting Equipment and Performance GB 19510.2-2009 Lamp Control Devices - Part 2: Special Requiremen

The entire technical content of "Lamp control devices (Part 3): Special requirements for DC/AC electronic step-down converters for tungsten filament lamps (GB 19510.3-2009/IEC 61347-2-2:2006)" is mandatory. GB 19510 "Lamp Control Devices" is divided into 14 parts: this part is the third part of GB 19510.3. This section should be used in conjunction with GB 19510.1-2009, which was developed after supplementing or modifying the corresponding provisions of GB 19510.1-2009. Lamp control devices (Part 3): Special requirements for DC/AC electronic step-down converters for tungsten filament lamps (GB 19510.3-2009/IEC 61347-2-2:2006), published by China Standards Publishing House. The author is the National Standardization Administration of China, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. This part of the scope GB 19510 specifies special safety requirements for electronic control devices for LED modules using DC power supplies below 250 V and AC power supplies below 1000 V, 50 Hz or 60 Hz. The output frequency of this electronic control device is different from the power frequency. The LED module control device specified in this section is a control device designed to provide a constant voltage or current to the LED module under safe ultra-low voltage or equivalent safe ultra-low voltage or higher voltage. Non pure voltage source and current source type control devices are also included in this section. The appendix of GB 19510.1-2009 applicable to this part and the term "lamp" used are also understood to include LED modules. The special requirements for fixed and independent safety ultra-low voltage control devices as part of the installation line are given in Appendix I. The performance requirements are given in IEC 62384. The plug-in control device as a component of the lighting fixture can be considered as an internal control device, which is included in the supplementary requirements of the lighting fixture standard. 2 Normative References: The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this part through the reference of this part of GB 19510. For dated reference documents, all subsequent amendments (excluding corrected content) or revisions are not applicable to this section. Therefore, all parties who have reached agreements based on this section are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used.
