GB 19212.5-2011 Safety of Transformers, Reactors, Power Supply Devices, and Similar Products with Po

This chapter of GB19212.1-2008 is replaced by the following: This section specifies the safety requirements for general purpose isolation transformers and power supply devices with built-in general purpose isolation transformers. Transformers with electronic circuits are also included in this section. This section applies to stationary or mobile, single-phase or multiphase, air cooled (self cooled or air cooled), independent and supporting dry type transformers. The winding can be encapsulated or non encapsulated. The rated power supply voltage shall not exceed 1100V AC, and the rated frequency and internal operating frequency shall not exceed 500Hz. Rated output not exceeding: - for single-phase transformers, 25kVA—— For multiphase transformers, 40kVA. If there is another agreement between the purchaser and the manufacturer, this section also applies to transformers with unlimited rated output. This section does not apply to external circuits and their components intended to be connected to the input and output terminals of transformers. This section applies to transformers that require double insulation or reinforced insulation between circuits in installation regulations or equipment specifications. All technical content in this part of GB19212 is mandatory. GB19212 "Safety of Power Transformers, Power Supplies, Reactors, and Similar Products" is divided into the following parts: Part 1: General Requirements and Tests; Part 2: Special requirements and tests for power supplies with general purpose separate transformers and built-in separate transformers; Part 3: Special requirements and tests for control transformers and power supplies with built-in control transformers; Part 4: Special requirements for ignition transformers for gas and oil burners; Part 5: Special requirements and tests for isolation transformers and power supply devices with built-in isolation transformers; Part 6: Special requirements for transformers and power supply devices for shavers; Part 7: Special requirements and tests for safety isolation transformers and power supply devices with built-in safety isolation transformers; Part 8: Special requirements and tests for transformers and power supplies for toys; Part 9: Special requirements for bells and bell transformers; Part 10: Special requirements for transformers for Class III portable tungsten filament lamps; Part 13: Special requirements for constant voltage transformers; Part 14: Special requirements and tests for autotransformers and power supply devices with built-in autotransformers; Part 15: Special requirements for voltage regulators; Part 16: Special requirements for isolation transformers for power supply in medical facilities; Part 17: Special requirements for transformers for switch mode power supplies and switch mode power supplies; Part 18: Special requirements for transformers used in switch mode power supplies; Part 20: Special requirements for interference attenuation transformers; Part 21: Special requirements for small reactors; Part 24: Special requirements for transformers used in construction sites. Other parts are under consideration. This section is part 5 of GB19212. This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T1.1-2009. This section is based on GB19212.1-2008 and needs to be used in conjunction with GB19212.1-2008 and its amendments. This section supplements and modifies the corresponding chapters and articles of GB19212.1-2008 in order to convert the content of GB19212.1-2008 into this section. This section is numbered starting from 101 for the newly added content in GB19212.1-2008. The translation method used in this section is equivalent to IEC61558-2-4:2009 "Safety of Transformers, Reactors, Power Supply Devices, and Similar Products with Power Supply Voltages of 1100V and Below - Part 2-4: Special Requirements and Tests for Isolation Transformers and Power Supply Devices with Internal Isolation Transformers" (English version)

Function of testing report:

1. Project bidding: Issue authoritative third-party CMA/CNAS qualification report

2. Online e-commerce platform entry: Quality inspection report recognized by major e-commerce platforms

3. Used as a sales report: issuing legally effective testing reports to make consumers more confident

4. Papers and research: Provide professional personalized testing needs

5. Judicial services: providing scientific, fair, and accurate testing data

6. Industrial problem diagnosis: Verify the troubleshooting and correction of industrial production problems

Baijian and testing process:

1. Telephone communication and confirmation of requirements

2. Recommend solutions and confirm quotations

3. Mail samples and arrange testing

4. Progress tracking and result feedback

5. Provide reports and after-sales service

6. If urgent or priority processing is required

Testing and testing characteristics:

1. The testing industry is fully covered, meeting different testing needs
