The black metal parts of the distribution box should have reliable anti-corrosion measures and there should be no peeling of the coating The surface coating of the distribution box casing should meet the requirements of the corresponding anti-corrosion level, and the paint layer should be bright without defects such as flow marks and bubbles The explosion-proof surface of the distribution box should not have paint, scratches or bumps, and should be coated with 204-1 replacement type anti lure oil The material of the anti light corrosion distribution box signboard should be made of chemically resistant materials, such as bronze, brass, or non corrosive steel The structural parameters of the explosion-proof enclosure of the distribution box should comply with the requirements of Chapter 5 of GB 3836.2-2010 The operating mechanism of the distribution box must be flexible, reliable, and free from jamming. The opening and closing should have clear and reliable instructions and positioning The connecting parts (terminal blocks) between the distribution box and external circuits should comply with the provisions of 4.2 in GB 3836.3-2010 The dielectric performance of the distribution box should withstand an AC 50 Hz test voltage value for 1 minute (as specified in Table 3) without breakdown or flashover The humid and thermal performance of corrosion-prone distribution boxes should comply with the provisions of Appendix K in GB 14048.1-2012 The making and breaking capacity (i.e. the number of operating cycles) of the distribution box should comply with the provisions of 7.2A2 in GB 14048.2-2008 The tripping limit and characteristics of the distribution box release should comply with the provisions of 7.2.1.2 in GB 14048.2-2008 The overload protection performance of the distribution box should comply with the provisions of 7.2.4.1 in GB 14048.2-2008 The rated short time withstand current of the distribution box should comply with the provisions of 4.3.5.4 in GB 14048.2-2008 The static pressure test of the explosion-proof shell of the distribution box should comply with the requirements of 15.1.3.1 in GB 3836.2-2010 The protective capacity of the distribution box shell should meet the requirements of IP54 indoors and IP65 outdoors The explosion-proof enclosure of the distribution box should pass the 15.1 enclosure voltage withstand test and 15.2 internal ignition non explosion test in GB 3836.2-2010
