Shear force
The test data should include the chip shear force value and the standard required value. The chip shear value should meet the minimum value required by the application conditions
Failure criterion - shear strength of flip chip (without bottom filling device)
The minimum shear force that causes separation between flip chip and substrate should be calculated according to formula (1), and separation below its value is considered unqualified
Minimum shear force=0.05N * Number of convex points (1)
