And if the operation of the previous process is not good, it will cause chain adverse reactions in the subsequent process, which will significantly increase the operating cost or cause poor hot-dip galvanized products. If the pre-treatment is poor, the molten zinc cannot fully react with the steel, forming the most perfect galvanized film structure. If the post-processing is poor, it will damage the appearance of the galvanized film and reduce the value of the product
