Carbon/carbon composite material is a carbon matrix composite material reinforced by carbon fibers and their fabrics. It has the advantages of low density (< 2.0g/cm3), high strength, high specific modulus, high thermal conductivity, low expansion coefficient, good friction performance, as well as good thermal shock resistance and dimensional stability. It is one of the few candidate materials currently used above 1650 ℃, with a maximum theoretical temperature of up to 2600 ℃. Therefore, it is considered one of the most promising high-temperature materials. Although carbon/carbon composite materials have many excellent high-temperature properties, they undergo oxidation reactions in aerobic environments with temperatures above 400 ℃, leading to a sharp decline in material performance. Therefore, the application of carbon/carbon composite materials in high-temperature and aerobic environments must have oxidation protection measures. The oxidation protection of carbon/carbon composites is mainly achieved through two ways: matrix modification and passivation of surface active points at lower temperatures to protect carbon/carbon composites; As the temperature increases, coating must be used to isolate direct contact between carbon/carbon composites and oxygen, in order to achieve oxidation protection. The most commonly used method is coating. With the continuous progress of technology, the dependence on the ultra-high temperature performance of carbon/carbon composite materials is increasing, and the only feasible oxidation protection solution under ultra-high temperature conditions can only be coating protection. Carbon/carbon composite materials, due to their unique properties, have been widely used in fields such as aerospace, automotive industry, medicine, etc., such as rocket engine nozzles and throat liners, thermal protection systems for end caps and wing leading edges of space shuttles, and aircraft brake discs
