Scope
This section specifies the terms, codes, classifications, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and storage of sealed lead-acid batteries and chargers for electric bicycles This section applies to the batteries for electric bicycles and their chargers (hereinafter referred to as "batteries or chargers") specified in GB 17761 "General Technical Conditions for Electric Bicycles"
