Scope
This part of GB/T 17626 specifies the immunity requirements for equipment under operating conditions to pulse magnetic field disturbances in the following places:
- industrial facilities and power plants
- Medium voltage and high voltage substations The applicability of this section is determined by the phenomenon of equipment installed in different locations, as described in Chapter 3 This section does not consider disturbances caused by capacitive and inductive coupling in cables or other parts of on-site facilities Conducted disturbances related to this are considered in other EMC standards The purpose of this section is to develop a universal and reproducible benchmark to evaluate the performance of household, commercial, and industrial electrical and electronic devices exposed to pulsed magnetic fields
